This course blends financial education with a holistic life planning approach to help you build wealth, align your money with your values, and achieve your retirement lifestyle goals. Whether you are just beginning to develop a retirement plan or rapidly approaching retirement, you should enroll in this course. In this course you'll learn how to: Define, create and gain a clear picture of the retirement you want, assess the costs, evaluate your sources of income, invest for the future, protect your wealth & health, receive funds from retirement plans & manage your estate distribution. Money is only one aspect of retirement planning.
This course introduces concepts and strategies that may help you make informed financial decisions such as determining how much money you'll need to retire, and the risks associated with running out of money.
In this course you'll learn how to manage investment risks, use new tax laws to your advantage, make informed decisions about your company retirement plan, and adjust your estate plan to function properly under the new laws.
Whether you are just beginning to develop a retirement plan or rapidly approaching retirement, you should enroll in this course. You will learn about the different areas of retirement planning including Investments, Social Security, Medicare, Taxes, Estate Planning, Insurance, IRA's, Roth IRA's, Annuities, Pensions, and Employer Sponsored Plans.
There is no fee for this course. Normal tuition registration cost for this course is $49.00. These courses are hosted by Dickinson College.The course includes instruction, an illustrated textbook, handouts, and a no - obligation personalized consultation. Couples may attend together.
